Checks API has a number of advantages for your business. The application programming interface (API) helps to validate the financial legitimacy of cheque issuers. This will ultimately increase your customer's confidence. The API also helps you create additional revenue streams. Whether you want to accept and process payments online or through your business's website, you can find a cheque api to help you do so. However, before you choose a cheque api provider, consider a few important things.

If your account API returns a success message, your payee's name will be displayed automatically. This information should match the name on the cheque. If you have a joint account, make sure you correct the names in both the payee and the account holder. If your account is not listed on the incoming check, you should enter the payee's name. Similarly, if the account is a valid Office Account, you should see the Office Name.

To use the API, you should upload an image of a chequebook's front page. You can use the API to process the text in the image if the language is English. However, you should know that the API does not support other languages and only works with the CTS-2010 format. Once you have submitted the image, you can get a response with the details of the cheque issued, including the amount, account number, IFSC code, date, and other relevant data.
